At this point you should apply for your home financing.  We recommend two approved lenders that we encourage you to work with.  These lenders have competitive rates, outstanding reputations, and extensive experience helping our customers.  Working with one of them may help to avoid unnecessary complications.

Your kitchen is one of the main focal points of your home, so it is important that it represent you and your tastes, perhaps more than any other room.  At this stage, you will meet with our appliance provider, Ferguson Enterprises, to choose the appliances for your new home.

Choosing your color selections for your new home is one of the most fun steps in the homebuilding process, but also one of the most time-consuming.  Our design coordinator, will expertly assist you with this process to ensure that all of your questions are answered and you can make informed decisions that you will be pleased with for as long as you own your home.

How exciting - your new home is completed and waiting for your smile of approval!  Our field superintendent will take you through your home and ensure that it exceeds your expectations prior to closing.

The final documents are signed, the sale is complete, the keys are yours... You're home!

You have enjoyed your home for an entire year.  At this time you will have the opportunity to request a warranty visit from our team to repair any natural occurrences such as nail pops and drywall tape cracks due to settling.  At Eastman Properties, you will not be forgotten after closing, because we have built more than your home - we have built a lasting relationship.
